SvWP has been selected as sole financial advisor and arranger for Agroli Group, a leader of the poultry industry from Romania, a fully integrated processing and distribution company, with combined sales exceeding 60 Mil. EUR, in order to obtain a 3 mil EUR revolving financing line, secured with its incoming subsidies, granted by the Romanian Government and the EC, for its breeding activities. The financing was granted by the local unit of a major European Bank, while in the local banking market, few new financing were granted, as the local economy struggle with the global credit crunch effects. While we have identified this financial product, we have also advised the client in selecting the best financing offer and have assisted the company along the entire process of negotiation and transaction closing with the selected financier.
