SvWP has advised Intertrade, a high end specialized fresh fish and sea food distribution company, having as Clients all the major hotels and restaurants from Bucharest and the main touristic Romanian resorts, in order to obtain a 3 mil EUR financing, broke down in two components: one for financing its growing needs for working capital , and the second one in order to finance its investment plans consisting in building a state of the art storage and logistic unit, in accordance with the highest CE public health, and food safety standards.
SvWP assisted the client along the entire process of assessing the various financing opportunities, within a volatile economic environment, and securing the financing right before the strong tightening of the Romanian financial market, last summer. The services provided ranged from business and financial forecasting and modeling, including market research, to development and implementation of a successful business model.
We have also advised the client in selecting the best financing offer and have assisted the company along the entire process of negotiation and transaction closing with the selected financier.
