SvWP was the financial advisor of ROEL Electronics in the financing process for relocating the head quarter and the production facilities of the Company.
SvWP arranged the re-financing of an investment credit of EUR 1,750,000 and of the working capital amounting to EUR 1,200,000, as well as an additional financing of EUR 500,000.
The financing bank for all three transactions amounting to EUR 4 mil was MKB Romexterra Bank.
